The flagship store in Berlin was a great project where we used a variety of well-known technologies in many digital touchpoints. The challenge was to ensure that the cabling was as invisible as possible, which is why we worked closely with the architect's office. With a lot of commitment and hard work, we managed to seamlessly integrate the technologies into the store's design. In total, we used 68 digital touchpoints, including LED walls, LED tickers, LCD signage, laser projectors, interactive touch displays, and their automated control. These touchpoints not only contributed to creating an impressive shopping experience but also improved customer loyalty through personalized interactions and a better understanding of their needs.
